I think there are none [that wouldn't be met by any common linux filesystem].

The bottleneck on OpenAFS file servers running on current hardware is typically 
not the backend filesystem. I'd use the one you trust most not to trash your 
data.

Yes, with 1.6. We're using ext4 on all our EL6 clients, and haven't observed 
any issues.
