Thank you, both.

I found a variable for it:

KRB5_CONFIG -  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application 
Data\Kerberos\krb5.conf

Once I added/modified the file, AFS started working properly.

The only issue is that when I reboot, AFS crashes.
