Hi,

okay, thanks for this explanation.

root@intranet:~# pts adduser stefan system:administrators -cell in-put.de
libprot: unable to build security class (getting token)
libprot: Could not get afs tokens, running unauthenticated
pts: Permission denied ; unable to add user stefan to group
system:administrators

Hm, some problem with the token? Let's check it:

root@intranet:~# tokens
Tokens held by the Cache Manager:

   --End of list--

What happened to the token?
Well after issuing "aklog -d " I have a token and I can add the new user
(GREAT!)

But why did the token disappear? The output for the current token is

User's (AFS ID 1) tokens for [email protected] [Expires Apr 23 23:31]

which is the same as for the token before and therefore it should be valid for
a number of hours.

Stefan
