There is no RO replica on afs-prod-fs608.it.su.se. Therefore, while the
replication is being performed there are no copies of the RO volume
which are up to date and online.
1.6.2 will provide an option to "vos release" which will allow you to
avoid this condition. In the meantime, you may want to consider adding
a RO replica on the same partition as the RW. This will have a
downside in that while the replication is taking place that one replica
will be the only one up to date and accessible. All clients which are
attempting to access home.readonly during that time will failover to
afs-prod-fs608.it.su.se. The upside is you will not have an outage.
