yes, I meant adjusting client interface MTU. I already tried the -rxmaxmtu without any success.
Your network is broken. You can choose to re-configure your server to support the broken network (lower MTU, disable PMTU, ...), or choose to not support clients on broken networks. There is no magic bullet to solve broken packet black holes.
