Folks,
Just perusing the list regarding the packing of struct
totempg_mcast. It's not needed - the structure is naturally aligned,
which to my knowledge packs correctly everywhere. That said, since the
natural alignment creates a packed structure, I expect that adding the
__attribute won't break anything.
