This test creates 30k checkpoints on a single ipc connection and then
exits ungracefully without closing the checkpoints. This sends openais
into overload because it must generate 30k close messages (which
uncovered a few bugs previously posted) as well as one relating to
retention duration timers which is yet to be patched.
