Tokens are lost in the operational state as a result of loss of connectivity between nodes. The token is sent several times using UDP and if it is not received back within a time period (10 seconds in rhel 5.x) it is assumed one of the nodes has failed. Is it consistently related to some kind of traffic in your network or any particular time in relationship to other events? How does this make your cluster fail?
