Hi Steven,

i did some tests and those patches look good to me.

3 things:

- after you commit those patches, I need to fix a couple of Makefiles.am
(specifically the pkgconfig/ one to generate the right .pc files for the
new libs and remove the old one).

- for openais I have ready a new soname bump patch (rediff'ed on top of
this new one that changes the linking).

- I had to reapply manually the patch to fix ipcc endian issue that is
missing from this patch set. Let's not forget about it (I ACK'ed on the
mailing list already).

- Preliminary cross arch testing seem to show more problems than before.
I need to verify those properly as they might have been there before and
I simply didn't notice (so no panic.. on x86* looks good).
