Thanks Steven,

the problem indeed affects only the new logsys implementation but I have
a way to workaround the gcc'ism by using a simple entry to track what
needs to be done by DECLARE_SYSTEM and SUBSYSTEM and make sure the order
is preserved.

I'll send a new patch once it's ready.
