You could use the ones from people.debian.org/~madkiss/ha > - Corosync 1.1.2 Compilation > - OpenAIS 1.1.0 Compilation (maybe the latest release is better ?) > - Pacemaker 1.0.5 or the latest release ? No serious change after I build my packages. > I will compile all of them with ./configure to use default configuration > paths. please read: http://www.clusterlabs.org/wiki/Install#From_Source for compilation. > Then I will use the generic script who is in init directory of Corosync > and OpenAIS to start and stop Corosync/OpenAIS. Really I only need the > generic OpenAIS script to start corosync and OpenAIS no ? is this true ? When you only want to use corosync, you do not need to install openais. Config: /etc/corosync/corosync.conf init: /etc/init.d/corosync Beware: /etc/defaults/corosync (!) If you want to use dlm, ocfs2, clvm you also would need openais. But I think these programs will not run in debian at at the moment anyway, you could leave openais out. > I have tested some similar conmpilation (without any CRM configuration, > only the startup in openais) and I have problems to stop the service.
