While mounted:
# fsck.ocfs2 /dev/mapper/SIPXECS-var_lib_pgsql
fsck.ocfs2: Unable to access cluster service while initializing the DLM
While unmounted:
# fsck.ocfs2 /dev/mapper/SIPXECS-var_lib_pgsql
fsck.ocfs2: Unable to access cluster service while initializing the DLM

The result is the same.

Ok, is /dev/mapper/UC-var_lib_pgsql mounted? Can you do strace
-f -o log fsck.ocfs2 /dev/mapper/UC-var_lib_pgsql and send me the
contents of 'log'?
