Yes, corosync uses CTS (Cluster Test System) from pacemaker. Have a look in corosync/cts/README. Basically you have a test PC and some test nodes, CTS runs the tests by running commands (via ssh) and RPC'ing into test agents on the test nodes. pacemaker has a similar way of running it's tests. I am working on improving this currently.
