I suspect the short answer to your question is "no".  Work has been
done in this area, but this doesn't appear to have ever made it into
upstream Wireshark.  See:

There's an enhancement request for this filed upstream, with a patch
for totemnet and totemsrp support:

However, this doesn't appear to have seen any action since May last
year.

(If anyone is interested, I have a slightly massaged version of this
patch that applies against Wireshark in openSUSE 11.2, but that doesn't
really help you on Windows, sorry to say.)
