This is just the totemnet and totemsrp stuff.  The only real change I
made was to epan/dissectors/Makefile.in.  This is arguably evil, because
I'm patching the output of some auto-foo, but it seemed to be necessary
to make it actually build on openSUSE.  I haven't looked at why...  This
was kind of a late night experimental rush job :)
