Instead of having the person that reviews the patch commit the patch, the reviewer can supply the Reviewed-by signoff on our ML in response to the patch. The submitter of the patch can then amend the commit.
This should help speed up the process of moving patches into master. Devs - be patient, moving source control always a bit painful.
