I tried this myself with latest code bits and your config file and
aisexec commands work fine. Could you be more specific about which
versions of openais and corosync you are using?
Also, does your /usr/sbin/aisexec contain:
export
COROSYNC_DEFAULT_CONFIG_IFACE="openaisserviceenableexperimental:corosync_parser"
corosync "$@"
