Are you using rhel6? If so, turn on the debuginfo packages. Go to
/etc/yum.repos.d and find the debuginfo pakages and use enabled=1 (it
should say enabled=0).

If your not using rhel6, let me know where you got the packages so I can
help further.

Yes I'm using rhel6. But there is no repos config (besides epel, which I added 
myself). 
So where to enable the debugging packages.
