Install openais and use /etc/init.d/openais (or rcopenais) start. Despite being named openais, this will, in fact, start corosync, which will in turn start pacemaker. Note that SLES still uses pacemaker in plugin version 0 mode, i.e. it doesn't use the pacemaker init script.
