Please open a service request via support. They'll need an hb_report
from the old environment, and from the new one, so that we can see where
the conversion failed.
It probably is easier for you though to just convert the haresources
file manually to a CIB; for that use case, the crm shell is trivial to
use and should not pose any problems.
