I am not familiar with the OBFingerprint classes.
Anyone knows how to get the fragments (not the bit
fingerprints) before the fingerprint hashing?
Further, how to get the fragment difference of two molecules?
Then, after get the fragment difference, then how to hash?
Any information is highly appreciated.
