I cannot create png file from any format. Openbabel makes png file but it cannot be opened. It does not contain an image. I use OpenBabel for Windows. Where can I find the commands for creating of images in command line in Unix? I would like to make an online converter of any chemical format in an image. Also is it possible to convert IhChiKey to png file? Is it possible to make the service like http://www.inchi.info/converter_en.html using OpenBabel?
