I'm getting the following Traceback with
python-openbabel-2.2.1-0.1.b3.fc11.i586 when I try to call
openbabel.OBResidueIter:
File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/openbabel.py", line 3835, in __init__
if not self.iter.good():
AttributeError: '_OBResidueIter' object has no attribute 'good'
It seems that in going from OB 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 ..good method has been removed.
