Hello all, There's a nightly build of doxygen available at http://openbabel.org/dev-api. It uses Doxygen 1.7.0 and so it looks quite a bit different. We can edit the style file if necessary to change the defaults. The search box on the right is very handy.
The doxygen error file is at http://openbabel.org/dev-api/docbuild.out (I'm to blame for any errors in the stereo code - sorry Tim! - will fix). It is intended that the docs are generated by the release manager and that the html is included in the distribution. To do so, you need doxygen 1.7.0, "-DBUILD_DOCS=ON", and "make docs" (you may also need "-DDOXYGEN_EXECUTABLE=fullpathtodoxygenexe"). This puts the documentation in the source directory in doc/API/html. Tim has shown how to improve documentation, particularly through the use of Modules. Can anyone suggest other useful modules? For example, the Conversion framework?
