Hi all, I just want to give a heads up on confab, a conformation generator I've just announced on my blog.
I am putting as much as possible of my code into Open Babel, but where there are additional dependencies I have held some code back. In this case, I have a dependency on tree.hh, a GPL library that provides an STL-like tree implementation. Also, I prefer not to check in code where I have not yet finalised the API. When it comes around to distributing the code, I may provide either a patch to the OB release that adds a new "operation", or else I'll have users compile against the release.
