Hi Chris, At Open Babble you asked for OBAlign::GetRotMatrix() so I've just added it (it exposes OBAlign::_rotMatrix as a matrix3x3). In general, you'll have to wrap any code that uses OBAlign in #ifdef EIGEN2 or so, or else quarantine the entire file in its CMakeLists.txt.
