I struggle with CMake, so I'll ask here to avoid depressing myself any further.
First, running CMake on a fresh SVN download fails to find wxWidgets on my system, although it is found by the existing version. Why is this? Incidentally, the script involving wxWidgets in the top level CMakeLists.txt seems to be that for CMake v2.6 (which I have) rather than for v2.4.8 as stated at the top of this file. Secondly, how is the babelconfig.h file (found on my system at \windows-vc2008\build\include\openbabel\babelconfig.h) constructed? The top level CMakeLists.txt mentions it but the final babelconfig.h seems to contain information (for example #pragma warning lines) which I can't find in any source files.
