I have 9 emails from CDash this morning. They don't tell me anything useful beyond the fact that the builds have test errors/warnings. This I already know by looking at the Dashboard. I think we can turn this off at least until we get the errors and warnings down to zero. What would be useful is to find out if the builds have *new* errors/warnings.
