Summary: OBDepict draws wedge+hash bonds pointing in wrong direction

Initial Comment:
It seems that all wedge and hash bonds created by OBDepict have the thick and
thin end of the wedge swapped. The thin end of the wedge should be on the
stereocenter.

Here's an example. PubChem CID 10836 at
http://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/summary/summary.cgi?cid=10836&loc=ec_rcs

It's 2D Mol file is at
http://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/summary/summary.cgi?cid=10836&disopt=SaveSDF

If you save this, right click, and choose "OBDepect", it draws the molecule
with the wedge pointing from the Nitrogen to the Carbon, instead of from the
Carbon to the Nitrogen.
