Whoops, I had pasted an old .dll in there which was causing that issue.

However, when I drop in the debug openbabel-2.dll that I've just compiled I
now receive this message:

*openbabel-2.dll is either not designed to run on Windows, or it contains an
error*

Any ideas?

There were no errors during OB compilation.
