Initial Comment:
When I compare L-Threonine and D-Threonine - C[C@H]([C@@H](C(=O)O)N)O and 
O=C(O)[C@H](N)[C@@H](O)C - with obgrep, it finds a match. Is that the intended 
behaviour?
