Used: babel -imol bug.mol -ofpt foo.FP3 -xhfFP3 (seg-fault) babel -imol bug.mol -ofpt foo.FP4 -xhfFP4 (seg-fault) babel -imol bug.mol -ofpt foo.FPMACCS -xhfMACCS (works fine) (Comments: v3000 mol I got from a large datebase. I created 50k other fingerprints from an sdf-file without any problems.
