Looks to be working fine. I've signed up for the git lfs, so I should
hear when it comes available.

One other thing. There's a windows-msvc folder also which Marcus
created to separate out the windows-vc2008 includes. I presume this
should be left as part of the main repo. If so, I was thinking about
moving it into include/msvc instead, just to keep the top-level tidy.
