Hi,

It depends upon your database system. If you are using:
- mysql: see mychem -> http://mychem.sourceforge.net
- postgresql: see pgchem -> http://pgfoundry.org/projects/pgchem

You can also find further informations on the ChemiSQL website (you will 
see another project that are not using Open Babel):
