Dear.,

As per instructions, I had included
the -DEIGEN2_INCLUDE_DIR=/top/level/dir/after/unzip argumentwhen I configured
usingCmake.

But when I use OBAlign, and compile my program, I get an error saying it cannot
find 'Eigen/Core'.

Nevertheless, the program works when I changed 'align.h' to point to the my
'eigen-top-level-dir'. As in, change line #26 in align.h from:

#include<Eigen/Core>

to

#include</top/level/dir/after/unzip/Eigen/Core>

This is fine for my local install, but do you have any suggestions about what I
am doing wrong during configuration? I do not get any
error messages (except something about SCANDIR Test failing during
configuration).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,--
Prashanth Athri
