I'm unfamiliar with what's going on with the echo %PATH%, so there's not
much for me to think about. It displays a variety of file strings, the last
of which is C:\Program
Files (x86)\OpenBabel-2.3.2.
The GUI is working fine, and I'm running windows 7.
So am I just out of luck on being able to use pybel on this computer?
