With the most recent commit, `cmake . && make` fails with "error:
‘shared_ptr’ was not declared in this scope" in `alias.h:118`. If I do `git
checkout HEAD^` and the same procedure, it's fine. Reading through the git
log, I'm guessing it has something to do with a conversion from shared_ptr
to obsharedptr?
