Hi, I've installed the OpenBabelGUI on a windows system. Now I'm trying to build some third-party code that wants the OpenBabel headers. So I've downloaded the Openbabel source, but it does not include babelconfig.h, which I guess is generated from config.in by auto header when openbabel is normally built from source.
I'd prefer not to attempt building from source, but I need babelconfig.h; any advice?
