Yes, of course. I installed all components in 32bit version! Also, it works fine with the windows console. ;o)
Phew, after 2 days I found a solution! I copied all .dll and .obf files form the OpenBabel folder into Windows/SysWOW64. Now it works with PHP too. But why did it work with console?? Very curious..
