I did google and also look at the similar thread here. But, wasn't helpful. I followed the instructions for installation here https://openbabel.org/docs/dev/UseTheLibrary/PythonInstall.html and I was doing the test. When I enter import pybel, I get
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specific module could not be found. Can someone please help me? I have Python 3.4.3 on Win 32.
