"Require Openbabel to work with GPU" still tells me nothing. I know there have
been people who have used Open Babel as part of GPU-based codes.
If your question is "can include Open Babel code on a GPU-based code" the
answer is probably yes. I don't have particular practice, but no one has
indicated particular bugs.
If your question is "I'd like a GPU-accelerated Open Babel" then you'll need to
find someone willing to do the work - I'm not sure how much speedup you'd get,
since many operations are IO limited.
