Even as a Homebrew user myself, I have no idea where it would put Open Babel python modules. I'd check with Homebrew and the open-babel package notes. One obvious question is "what version of python are you using?" Make sure you're using the version installed with Homebrew, rather than the system python or another version. Best regards, -Geoff
