Dear List, I would like to split a multimol file into few smaller multimol files. I saw the following page "http://openbabel.org/wiki/--splitinto" which describes --splitinto option, but it didn't work when tried to use it. A command like "babel myfile.sdf -osdf --splitinto 3", just produces a file called "3" which is an exact copy of "myfile.sdf". The version of Babel which I am using is:
