Nope, you sure don't. This configuration takes advantage of Tomcat's
default web.xml file - instead of using an individual one in each web
app's WEB-INF directory. The OpenBD directories are also "centralized":

OpenBD jars:
[install dir]/tomcat/lib/openbd

OpenBD config:
[install dir]/tomcat/conf/openbd

I've started on the documentation, but it's not finished yet. Just as
questions via this list when they come up. ;)

I really hope this helps make deployment easier for some folks!
