Hi Stephen

My two open source applications Razuna and Kabunto both use OpenBD as the CFML engine of choice and use an embedded database extensively. We use the H2 database, the same that we will bundle with the 1.0 release. It is very easy to setup and running.

If you need any help let me know.

Kind Regards,
Nitai

Does anyone have experience creating an installation package that
would install OpenBD and an opensource database application?

I have an application that is perfectly suited for OpenBD but it needs
a small database to run. I do not have experience with the opensource
databases but it looks like Derby or similar products may work just
fine. I would like a use to download and setup file, install this
applicaiton and being using it.

My application has 9 tables. Of these tables 8 are used for
administrative information and one is used to accumulate data while
the application is use. At the end of the day, data in the last table
is wiped clean and on the administrative tables have data stored in
them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
