Congratulations! Great job! Love the integration with AWS. I primarily see openbd as being the engine of choice as a function of it's ease of use within "cloud space", both technically and economically. You can't architect a CF8 based system when you don't even know how many servers you will have online at any one moment, at least without some kind of new licensing scheme.
But isn't that the whole point of the grid computing like characteristics that openbd and the cloud allows you? Server instances are just a function of load. Independently I was looking at Terracotta, so am very happy to see that the project roadmap mentions "cluster" scope via Terracotta. This layering of openbd could mean a lot more than just cluster variables..wow Once again, congrats great work!
