When did you download OpenBD? A couple of the drivers were left out of the build as of a day or so ago.
You can either grab a fresh build of OpenBD, or you can download the missing drivers and drop them in your lib directory. The ones that are missing are jTDS and the Microsoft SQL Server drivers.
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=33291&package_id=25350&release_id=534076 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=C47053EB-3B64-4794-950D-81E1EC91C1BA&displaylang=enUnzip the files, and then drop jtds-1.2.2.jar and sqljdbc.jar into your lib directory, which if you're on the Jetty build is under lib/openbd, and if you deployed yourself as a WAR would be under WEB-INF/lib.
