As of Monday morning the port and Jetty/OpenBD bundle are being live tested in our busiest Silver Mine Subs (our parent company) restaurant in the fleet, the Univ. of Wisconsin store. The briefing I just got from the store management is that the application is faster and hasn’t had a single issue. It is also using 15% of the removed CF8 consumed resources so the entire store network is faster.

This is absolutely fantastic Scott! Thanks for sharing. Glad things have gone so smoothly for you. Tell a friend or several. ;-)

My hardcore Java guy that almost had the suits convinced to rewrite the entire application off of cfml to jsp says he loves this bundle and has completely dropped all talk of removing the cfml code.

Very cool news. As I'm sure you know by now we're here to help as much as we possibly can, so please keep us informed of how things go and how we can help as you move forward.

Have a great time skiing!
