File Size: 117 MB This Installation Now Includes: - Tomcat 6 - Full JDK 1.6 (instead of simply the JRE) - The Open BlueDragon Administrator Includes Patches: 1) Path issues for the openbd_ctl script have been corrected 2) BlueDragon.xml file relative paths have been corrected (could use more testing). 3) Root user check as been moved to the extractor process to make it so that you don't end up with extracted files after a failed install from a non-root user. 4) The installer will now prompt you asking if you want it to clean up the extra files it created while installing. 5) The installer includes the most recent version of the OpenBD Administrator, which includes some fixes for relative paths in the bluedragon.xml file. Known Issues: 1) The mod_jk connector installed by the installer may not work properly with some 64-bit installations. Workaround: install the proper mod_jk binary by hand. 2) The mod_jk connector installed by the installer may not work with some Fedora installations. Workaround: install the proper mod_jk binary by hand. 3) The Open BlueDragon Administrator may still improperly report the paths of the "Base ColdFusion Component (CFC)" and the "Default CFFORM Script Source Location" under some rare circumstances. Workaround: Simply update these settings by hand in the bluedragon.xml file. A fix for this is in progress... Once installed, don't forget to update your Tomcat's server.xml file with your sites. You can typically access the Open BlueDragon Administrator at: http://[your server's IP Address]:8080/bluedragon/administrator/ or http://localhost:8080/bluedragon/administrator/ ...if you are running OpenBD on your local machine. I've been testing this on CentOS 5 pretty extensively, but I will be testing this further on additional versions of Linux during the next few weeks as time allows.
