I am using Glassfish. Global steps:

1. Glassfish allows for virtual servers to be set up. I put the .jar files
from openbd.war\WEB-INF\lib into the <domain>\lib\applibs.

2. I put all files from the war into my domain directory and remove the libs
there.

3. Now I deploy that directory at context "/" for the single virtual server
and I specify all jar files I want to use

For every other domain I use the same approach (without step 1 offcource). I
will document this process when I have more time and when I did I will post
the pdf.
